I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION MAIL, STILL HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM?

If the payment (method) that you used to give your order was charged, your order has been processed regardless of confirmation mail. However, you can still find your confirmation mail. To find it, you should check your spam mail folder. In addition to this, you can check your mail address to make sure that it is correct. Can I revise the products I ordered?

In which Case Can I make An Exchange?

To be able to exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

- The products to be returned must be within the exchange and return period. This period is 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

- The products to be returned must be undamaged and unused.

In case the returned product is not in perfect condition, ARTUCKY reserves the right to make a partial refund of the product amount.

If you have not received all the products of your order despite different control processes, no refund will be made and a new shipment will be made with the missing products.
